What the job actually involves Day to day you will be manage an existing portfolio of business clients and identify new sales opportunities, build trusted relationships with decision-makers and act as a strategic digital marketing consultant, understand customer business goals and recommend tailored online advertising solutions, drive revenue growth through upselling and account expansion, educate customers on digital marketing products, features, and best practices, deliver an outstanding customer experience while achieving individual sales targets, and maintain accurate customer records and sales activity using internal CRM tools. You will also handle collaborate with internal teams to maximize customer success and campaign performance.
