Role Overview: As a Customer Specialist supporting a Medical Devices Project , you’ll serve as a key point of contact for customers, assisting with product questions, orders, account-related requests, and general support. Through phone, email, chat, and other digital channels, you’ll provide accurate information and timely solutions while delivering a high standard of customer service for a leading healthcare brand. Key Responsibilities: Provide professional and friendly customer support via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels. Assist customers with product-related questions, account requests, orders, deliveries, and service inquiries. Provide accurate information about products, services, and support procedures while following company guidelines. Handle customer issues efficiently and escalate technical or complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary. Accurately record customer interactions, actions, and resolutions in internal systems. Deliver empathetic, customer-focused, and solution-oriented support at every interaction. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently and ensure a smooth customer experience. Meet quality, productivity, service-level, and customer satisfaction targets. Stay informed about medical device products, company procedures, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices through ongoing training.
