Italian-speaking Customer Service Advisor

Position: Customer Service Advisor Location: Porto, Portugal Work model: on site Employment type: permanent contract Salary 1,000 EUR per month (x14 salaries) + Complexity bonus of €250 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide customer support via phone, email, live chat and social media channels Assist merchants with enquiries related to products, services and payment solutions Resolve customer issues efficiently while delivering an excellent customer experience Support merchants throughout their onboarding and product usage journey Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and internal processes Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing and other internal departments to resolve customer enquiries Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions in internal systems Meet quality, productivity and service level targets. REQUIREMENTS: Native or fluent French , both written and spoken (C2) Good command of English (minimum B2) Previous experience in a contact centre or customer service role is preferred Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, computers and digital applications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused with a professional and solution-oriented mindset Curious, proactive and persistent when resolving customer issues Well organised and able to remain calm under pressure Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced environment Available to work rotational shifts, including weekends.
