Your tasks
- HR Support: Handle onboarding records calendars and data audits.
- Office Management: Maintain a welcoming well-run workspace.
- Event Coordination: Organize internal events and social activities.
- Team Assistance: Provide hands-on support to team members.
- Ad-hoc Administration: Jump in on diverse tasks and mini-projects across the team.
Requirements
Your profile
- IEFP Eligibility: Must be 35 or under registered as unemployed at IEFP and hold a Higher Education degree.
- Background: Higher Education and previous experience in Administration/Office Management.
- Languages: Fluent Portuguese and English (mandatory).
- Key attributes: a people person excellent communicator highly organized and able to prioritize effectively.
