Role Overview
- Position: Customer Support Representative (Bouygues Telecom)
- Location: Porto, Portugal (On-site; candidates must reside within 30km)
- Start Date: June 25, 2026
- Schedule: Monday to Saturday, rotating shifts between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: Approx. €1,383 gross per month
- Meal Allowance: €9 per workday
- Performance Bonus: €100 per month for the first 3 months, then performance-based
- Transit Allowance: Transportation reimbursement up to €40 per month
- Health Care: Private Medical Insurance provided after 4 months of employment
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and welcome Bouygues Telecom customers warmly.
- Assist customers across various channels with subscription inquiries, billing, and technical troubleshooting.
- Offer personalized solutions on every call while embracing and sharing the Bouygues Telecom culture daily.
Requirements
- Native-level or C2 proficiency in French.
- Reside within 30km of Porto, Portugal (Please note: relocation support is not provided).
- No prior experience required.
