Dutch Customer Support Specialist – Lisbon

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to deliver a competent friendly and efficient customer service experience via phone and email. You will join an international team based in Lisbon supporting customer inquiries troubleshooting and seller communications with the flexibility to work remotely on-site or in a hybrid setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Listen to customers questions and concerns providing clear effective answers and solutions
• Handle troubleshooting related to orders deliveries payments and returns
• Serve as a primary point of contact for external sellers ensuring smooth and professional communication
• Provide accurate and clear information regarding digital products
• Escalate and reroute complex issues to the appropriate internal departments
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM and support tools

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Native or fluent proficiency in Dutch (C1/C2)
• Good working command of English (B2 or above)
• Strong communication active listening and problem-solving skills
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong empathy and attention to detail
• Basic technical aptitude for software tools and customer service systems
• Reliable home internet connection and a suitable remote workspace (for remote/hybrid applicants)
• Eligibility to work in Portugal
