You will play a vital role in evaluating, annotating, and improving AI-generated content in French and English, ensuring accurate, high-quality, and compliant outputs. Salary & Financial Package Base Salary: €930 gross per month (paid over 14 months) Complexity Bonus: €200 per month (paid over 11 months) Accommodation Support: Shared apartment option provided with utilities included (€280 per month deducted directly from payslip for up to 12 months) Relocation Package: Comprehensive relocation support provided for candidates moving to Lisbon Work Schedule & Attendance Model: Full-time, on-site in Lisbon Shifts: Rotational 24/7 schedule (Monday to Sunday) with 2 rotative days off per week Leave Notice: No planned vacations allowed during the first 6 months of employment Key Responsibilities Review, label, and annotate French and English text and AI model outputs using detailed guidelines Assess AI responses for quality, accuracy, relevance, safety, and policy compliance Identify edge cases, errors, and inconsistencies to provide actionable feedback for model improvement Apply complex annotation guidelines consistently across diverse content types Maintain data security, confidentiality, and high-quality standards under target deadlines Candidate Requirements Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken) Availability to work 24/7 rotational shifts on-site in Lisbon High attention to detail with strong analytical skills for evaluating language models Ability to follow strict quality, safety, and data security guidelines
