Are you fluent in French and living in or near Porto? We are seeking a French-Speaking Customer Support Advisor to join our team in Porto, Portugal!
In this role, you will support customers of a leading French telecommunications provider. You will serve as the first point of contact, handling inquiries related to mobile and internet services, billing, account management, and service troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Assistance: Manage inbound inquiries via phone, email, or chat from French-speaking clients regarding telecom services and subscriptions.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Help customers resolve technical issues with internet connections, TV boxes, mobile plans, and account settings.
- Account & Billing Management: Process contract modifications, plan upgrades, address changes, and billing queries accurately.
- Quality & Satisfaction: Deliver high-quality service, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and first-contact resolution.
Requirements & Profile Needed
- Languages: C2-level / Native proficiency in French paired with a good command of English.
- Location (Mandatory): Must currently reside locally within 30 km of Porto, Portugal (or hold legal authorization to work and commute locally). Note: This opening is for local candidates only.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong active listening.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable navigating digital databases, CRM systems, and telecom software tools.
- Mindset: Patient, customer-oriented, and solution-driven.
Work Schedule & Environment
- Location: Office-based (On-Site) in Porto, Portugal.
- Schedule: Full-time operational coverage on rotational shifts.
