We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to deliver a competent, friendly, and efficient customer service experience via phone and email. You will join an international team based in Lisbon, supporting customer inquiries, troubleshooting, and seller communications — with the flexibility to work remotely, on-site, or in a hybrid setup .
