Role Overview: As a Customer Specialist , you will be the main point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries about baking products, orders, deliveries, services, and general requests. You’ll ensure customers receive accurate information, helpful guidance, and a smooth experience from the moment they place an order until it is successfully completed. Key Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels. Assist customers with questions about baking products, orders, availability, deliveries, and services. Understand customer needs and provide accurate, friendly, and timely solutions. Handle customer concerns and resolve issues while maintaining a positive experience. Guide customers through ordering processes, products, platforms, and available services. Follow up on orders, delivery questions, cancellations, returns, and other customer requests. Accurately record customer interactions and case resolutions in internal systems. Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate team when necessary. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure orders and customer issues are resolved efficiently. Meet KPIs related to customer satisfaction, response times, service quality, and resolution rates. Stay informed about the company's baking products, services, promotions, policies, and procedures through ongoing training.
