Role Overview Position: Customer Support Representative (Bouygues Telecom) Location: Porto, Portugal (On-site; candidates must reside within 30km) Start Date: June 25, 2026 Schedule: Monday to Saturday, rotating shifts between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: Approx. €1,383 gross per month Meal Allowance: €9 per workday Performance Bonus: €100 per month for the first 3 months, then performance-based Transit Allowance: Transportation reimbursement up to €40 per month Health Care: Private Medical Insurance provided after 4 months of employment Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and welcome Bouygues Telecom customers warmly. Assist customers across various channels with subscription inquiries, billing, and technical troubleshooting. Offer personalized solutions on every call while embracing and sharing the Bouygues Telecom culture daily. Requirements Native-level or C2 proficiency in French. Reside within 30km of Porto, Portugal (Please note: relocation support is not provided). No prior experience required.
