ROLE:Brand Creative Strategy:
Shape and oversee the brand’s creative direction across different markets and communication channels, ensuring a cohesive and innovative visual and content identity. Creative Content Development: Conceptualize and write ideas for campaigns, social media, and brand activations, transforming strategic objectives into effective creative concepts. Production & Creative Execution: Take an active role in photo and video productions, supporting briefing, scripting, and on-set creative decisions to ensure consistency with the brand vision. Campaign Management: Drive the creative development and delivery of major campaigns, from product launches and seasonal initiatives to strategic partnerships. Storytelling Across Channels: Deliver engaging and coherent brand storytelling across digital, social, retail, and customer experience. Creative Collaboration & Leadership: Guide and support designers, content creators, and brand specialists, encouraging high creative standards and collaboration. Creative Innovation: Monitor cultural, creative, and digital trends and introduce new ideas, formats, and approaches that strengthen the brand’s relevance. QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree in Communication, Marketing, or similar field (preferred) Proven experience in a creative leadership role Strong portfolio demonstrating both strategic creative work and hands‑on content production Excellent writing and idea development skills Experience with creative production, including photo/video shoots, scripting, and storyboarding Ability to combine creative strategy with practical execution Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills Fluent in Portuguese and independent in English (required).
