CloserHire is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy to recruit Italian-speaking Content Moderators for an on-site a global social media platform project in Lisbon. In this role, you will ensure that content posted by users meets community guidelines and policies. You will work in a fast-paced, international environment, reviewing videos, posts, and comments, and helping to maintain a safe and positive online experience for users worldwide. Location: Lisbon, Portugal Language: Italian Start date: 3/8, 10/8 Your Role Review and moderate user-generated content in Italian, including videos, posts, and comments Identify and escalate inappropriate, harmful, or sensitive content Apply professional judgment and ensure consistent moderation decisions Collaborate with team members to resolve complex cases and identify recurring trends Document moderation actions and maintain accurate records Contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing within the moderation team Your Profile Native or fluent Italian (C1/C2) Good command of English (B2) for internal communication Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Comfortable handling sensitive content professionally and consistently Previous experience in content moderation, social media, or customer support is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Empathetic, professional, and resilient under pressure Team player with a proactive and adaptable attitude What Is Offered Full-time, on-site position in Lisbon Flights to Lisbon covered Option to live in one of the employer's fully equipped, shared apartments, located 20–60 minutes from the workplace Guidance and support throughout the relocation process Paid professional training and structured onboarding Health insurance and meal allowances from day one Career growth and development opportunities in an international, multicultural environment Relocation permanent accomodation provided - check project files in drive
