As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will focus on designing, implementing, and reporting on email programs and campaigns using specialized marketing automation software, such as Eloqua and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Partner with internal stakeholders to understand campaign objectives and translate business needs into effective marketing automation solutions. Design, implement, and optimize email campaigns, customer journeys, and engagement programs using Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and related tools. Analyze campaign performance , identify root causes, and recommend improvements based on data, customer behavior, and business objectives Use A/B testing and experimentation methodologies to validate hypotheses, generate insights, and improve campaign effectiveness Present campaign results and recommendations to stakeholders , focusing on actionable insights and business impact Support the continuous improvement of marketing campaigns, processes, automation capabilities, and customer engagement strategies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver the best possible outcomes for customers and the business Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
You are a true team player who cooperates across boundaries, values diverse perspectives, and builds lasting relationships with stakeholders. You have a clear understanding of how innovative digital marketing solutions drive company success, and you're skilled at actively listening to stakeholder needs and translating them into effective marketing strategies. A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics , Information Technologies , or similar field of studies At Atleast 3 years of experience in digital marketing , with a strong focus on email marketing automation Proven experience with marketing automation software , such as Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud , or similar Strong understanding of customer journeys, audience segmentation, personalization strategies , and email marketing KPIs Strong ability to analyze campaign requirements , and recommend solutions that support business objectives Strong analytical and reporting skills , with experience using Excel and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar as well as e xcellent communication and presentation skills , with experience using PowerPoint Fluency in English (mandatory) #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
