Job Description
Workster is partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit English-speaking AI Customer Support Specialists in Lisbon, Portugal, supporting an innovative international company developing some of the world’s most advanced AI and generative AI technologies.
This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position operating Monday to Sunday on a rotating shift schedule , with two shift options available (Day or Night). Schedules are provided in advance. You’ll support both consumers and business users while gaining hands-on experience within the rapidly evolving AI industry.
