Descrição da Função Principais Responsabilidades: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and functional specifications. Design and maintain business and system processes. Define and execute test cases to ensure solution quality. Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and support new feature development. Coordinate across teams to manage dependencies and resolve blockers. Act as the business reference for the development team, ensuring effective communication between business and IT. Work within an Agile/Scrum environment.
Requisitos mínimos: Background in Economics, Finance, Market Data, Risk Management, or a related field. Previous experience in IT projects within financial institutions is a plus. Basic knowledge of SQL. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Methodical, detail-oriented, and customer-oriented mindset. Fluent English (B2 minimum); French is a plus.
