Guide and support a lean team, setting clear priorities and ensuring strong execution and accountability; Own and drive paid social, paid search, and CRM channels for the Dutch Market, focusing on revenue, ROI, and contribution margin; Plan, execute, and optimize full-funnel campaigns; Evaluate performance and reallocate budget based on data and impact; Take ownership of marketing spend and decide where and how much to invest to maximize returns; Align pricing, promotions, and commercial strategy with the Country Manager and Business Development team; Collaborate with global and local website, creative, and CRM teams to test and scale initiatives that drive traffic, conversion, and revenue; Monitor ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, and contribution margin, translating insights into actionable improvements; Test new channels and ideas through controlled experiments and scale effective initiatives. Some leadership experience managing a small team or leading projects and stakeholders; 5+ Years of marketing experience with a strong focus on performance marketing and measurable business impact; Hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid social, paid search, and/or CRM; Experience owning or significantly influencing marketing budgets and explaining their impact on revenue and ROI; Strong data-driven decision-making skills based on performance metrics; Strong commercial mindset and understanding of how marketing connects to pricing, margins, and overall business performance; Proactive, assertive, and comfortable challenging ideas to drive better outcomes; Fluent English; Nice to have: Dutch language.
