About the Role:
We are looking for aCustomer Service/Post-Sales Service to join our team on a temporary basis. The role focuses on managingpost-sales claims from retail customers manufacturers and internal teams to investigate discrepancies and drive claims through to resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and resolvepost-sales claimssubmitted by retail customers.
Investigate claims by analysing financial and transactional information.
UseExcelto reconcile data identify discrepancies and support investigations.
Work closely withretail customers and manufacturers/vendorsto validate claims and reach resolutions.
Communicate clearly and professionally throughout the claim process including when handling disputed cases.
Follow up on outstanding cases and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain accurate records and identify recurring issues or opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with Finance Sales and other teams to resolve complex cases.
What Were Looking For:
Experience inFinance Operations Claims Commercial Operations Customer Serviceor a similar role.
Good financial acumen.
StrongExcel and analytical skills.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Strong communication and customer-service skills.
Comfortable dealing with both customers and external partners.
Organised proactive and able to manage multiple cases and priorities.
Requirements:
Experience with billing and credit processes and customer claims.
Experience working with manufacturers/vendors.
Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP system.
Microsoft Excel.
Microsoft Outlook.
CRM tools.
