Your Role As a French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for French-speaking customers, helping them navigate their questions and providing a professional, efficient service. What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is: Fluent in French Comfortable using computers and learning new systems A confident and clear communicator Customer-focused and solution-oriented Able to learn procedures and product information quickly Reliable, organised and comfortable working with targets Interested in developing experience in customer support, healthcare A plus, but not essential: Previous customer service or contact-centre experience IT knowledge or technical troubleshooting experience Why Porto?
