Job Purpose

To support business growth by planning, coordinating andoptimizingdigital demand generation initiatives. The role is responsible for enabling customer engagement through digital campaigns, marketing automation and data-driven insights, helping convert digital interactions into qualified sales opportunities while continuously improving the digital customer journey.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate digital demand generation campaigns across multiple channels, including email, web, social media, eCommerce and other digital platforms.

• Support the design and execution of customer journeys and marketing funnels to generate qualified leads.

• Segment target audiences and recommend the most effective digital approach for different customer profiles.

• Create and maintain landing pages, lead generation forms and digital campaign assets using marketing automation tools such as Marketo.

• Develop clear value propositions, storytelling and digital content to support business initiatives.

• Monitor campaign performance and analyse customer engagement to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Track lead generation activities and support Sales teams in following up digital opportunities.

• Build reports and dashboards to measure campaign performance and business impact.

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Vendor Management and Business Units to ensure digital activities support business objectives.

• Identify new digital tools, AI capabilities and innovative approaches that improve customer engagement and demand generation.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Demand Generation, or similar.

• Experience supporting digital campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.

• Knowledge of marketing automation platforms, preferably Marketo.

• Experience creating landing pages, lead generation forms, and campaign assets.

• Understanding of customer journeys, segmentation, and lead nurturing.

• Ability to analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4) or similar tools.

• Good Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting skills.

• Interest in using AI tools for content creation and digital marketing.

• Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented mindset.

• Fluent/native Spanish and professional English.
