Customer Service Representative Sales
As a Sales Agent you will make outbound calls to potential clients guide them through the sign-up process and help them become engaged with the platform. The role involves cold calling lead qualification consultative selling objection handling CRM management and achieving sales targets.
Key Requirements:
12 years of experience in outbound sales and/or digital marketing.
Proven sales experience with confidence in cold calling and meeting targets.
Experience managing a sales pipeline using a CRM.
Strong communication questioning negotiation and objection-handling skills.
Knowledge of digital marketing and social media advertising.
Ability to identify business opportunities and deliver compelling sales pitches.
Strategic and consultative approach to sales.
Language: English
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week
Training: Approximately 15 working days 8 hours per day conducted in English.
Training Allowance: 18.56 per day (92.80 per 5-day week).
Gross Monthly Salary: 1227.33 including base salary meal allowance and holiday/Christmas allowances.
Variable Bonus: Up to 300/month based on performance.
Eligibility: Candidates must hold an EU Passport or a valid Portuguese residence permit.
