Glocal Tech Clientis hiring an AI Customer Tech Advisor to join our growing customer support team in Lisbon. This is a technical customer-facing role supporting users of AI-powered products and services. Were looking for an English-speaking tech support professional who is already based in or eligible to work in Portugal and can start immediately.
If you have hands-on technical support experience strong troubleshooting skills and enjoy helping customers solve real problems with AI tools this role is for you.
Interested candidates who meet the mandatory requirements (tech support experience valid Portugal work permit) should apply directly with an updated CV in English.
