Estamos a recrutar um(a)Marketing & Business Development Senior Executivepara integrar uma sociedade de advogados com presença internacional. Procuramos um profissional com experiência em Marketing & Business Development no setor jurídico, capaz de apoiar iniciativas de desenvolvimento de negócio, gestão de clientes, preparação de propostas e posicionamento da organização junto do mercado.
Principais Responsabilidades
- Preparar e coordenar pitches, propostas comerciais, apresentações institucionais e credentials;
- Trabalhar diretamente com stakeholders internos na elaboração de estratégias de abordagem a clientes e propostas comerciais;
- Preparar e coordenar submissions a diretórios jurídicos e rankings internacionais, incluindo Chambers, Legal 500 e outros relevantes, assegurando a identificação e apresentação demattersecredentials, recolha de referências de clientes e acompanhamento dos respetivos processos e resultados;
- Apoiar iniciativas de desenvolvimento de negócio, identificando oportunidades de cross-selling e novas áreas de colaboração com clientes;
- Desenvolver atividades de market intelligence, acompanhando tendências de mercado, concorrência e oportunidades de negócio;
- Assegurar a qualidade e consistência dos materiais institucionais e comerciais utilizados junto de clientes e do mercado;
- Colaborar em iniciativas de comunicação interna e externa, incluindo conteúdos para website, newsletters, redes sociais e outros canais corporativos.
Perfil
- Formação superior em Direito, Gestão, Economia ou áreas similares;
- Experiência mínima de 3 anos em funções de Marketing & Business Development no setor jurídico;
- Conhecimento do mercado jurídico e da dinâmica de relacionamento com clientes em sociedades de advogados;
- Experiência na preparação de pitches, propostas comerciais, apresentações e submissions para diretórios jurídicos;
- Capacidade para trabalhar com múltiplos stakeholders e transformar informação técnica em conteúdos claros e estruturados;
- Excelentes competências de comunicação escrita e verbal emportuguêseinglês;
- Forte capacidade de organização, gestão de prioridades e atenção ao detalhe;
- Domínio das ferramentas digitais relevantes para a função.
