About the Role Are you passionate about social media, digital advertising and helping businesses grow online? Join an international customer experience team in Lisbon and support small and medium-sized businesses using a leading global social media and digital advertising platform . This is more than a traditional customer service role. You'll help business clients understand advertising products, solve account and platform-related issues, and make better use of digital tools to grow their business. What You'll Do Support SMB clients via phone, email and chat Assist with self-service advertising products Provide pre-sales and post-sales support Help clients solve product and tool-related issues Guide customers on using the advertising platform more effectively Identify recurring issues and customer trends Share product feedback and insights with internal teams Requirements Native Turkish English B2 or higher Minimum 1 year of customer service experience Familiarity with social media and online advertising Strong verbal and written communication skills Proactive and solution-oriented mindset Valid Portuguese work authorization is mandatory Compensation With company accommodation: €1,069.22 gross/month total package Without company accommodation: €1,360.89 gross/month total package Holiday allowance, Christmas allowance and meal allowance are included. Additional night/weekend shift allowances may apply. Schedule 40 hours per week on rotational shifts.
