The challenge

As we grow, we're looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to help us build a stronger, sharper and more consistent market presence across countries, channels and audiences.

This is a hands on role with a strong focus on events, content and storytelling, working closely with Sales, Product and Customer Success. You'll shape how BRAINR shows up in the market, from a major industry trade show to a customer case study or a new piece of thought leadership.

What you’ll be doing

• Own the end to end organization of trade shows and industry events, from strategy, budget and stand concept to suppliers, logistics, communication and on-site execution.
  
• Turn events into a strong commercial and brand channel, working closely with Sales before, during and after each event to maximize visibility, engagement and commercial opportunities.
  
• Develop compelling content and stories around our product, customers and industry, including case studies, whitepapers, presentations, thought leadership and sales enablement materials.
  
• Translate complex product capabilities and customer results into clear, credible and relevant narratives backed by facts, data and real business impact.
  
• Work closely with Sales to support the customer buying journey, creating the content and materials needed to generate and convert opportunities.
  
• Coordinate communication across key channels, including LinkedIn, website and YouTube, making sure our presence is consistent, relevant and engaging.
  
• Bring structure, planning and consistency to marketing initiatives, continuously improving how BRAINR communicates and shows up in the market.

REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B technology, SaaS, industrial technology or another complex product environment.
  
• Solid experience owning trade shows and events end to end, including suppliers, budgets, logistics, communications and on site execution.
  
• An excellent writer and storyteller, able to create narratives that combine product, customer impact, industry context and hard facts.
  
• Strong commercial mindset. You understand that great marketing should help people understand, trust and ultimately buy a product.
  
• Confidence working with complex or technical products and translating them into clear, simple and compelling communication for different audiences.
  
• Highly organized, detail oriented and comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  
• Hands-on, proactive and autonomous. You enjoy taking a project from a strategic idea to practical execution.
  
• Willingness to travel abroad up to 25% of the time, including being on site at events and trade shows.
  
• Excellent written and spoken English.
