We are looking for a talented and accomplished Business Analyst to be responsible for budget and forecast expectations for Financial Planning and Analysis compliance with the companys policies.
As aBusiness Analyst in this project your daily responsibilities will include:
- Lead annual Strategic planning Budgeting and Forecasting processes
- Lead Regular review meetings with stakeholders on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Create & review FP&A key reports using SAP and year to date analysis (Consolidation & Functions spending and capital expenditures)
- Support month-end close process
- Ensure that reports are accurate clear and value-added
- Identify opportunities for performance improvement across
- Develop models to support in decision-making
To succeed in the role you will need to have:
- Native or proficient level of Portuguese - mandatory
- Advanced level ofEnglish
- Strong Analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle a large set of data & reports
- Ability to meet deadlines & corporate requirements in a timely manner
- Flexible person who takes initiative has a feeling of responsibility & strong interpersonal skills: team player can work in a team in a results-driven environment
- Ability to work in cross functional teams propose and implement solutions
- Ability to work autonomously with clear goals within business priorities
- Advanced PC skills in Excel Word and Power Point
- Availability towork Hybrid model from our site in Santos Lisbon
Education and experience:
- Bachelors degree in Business Operations Management or a related field its a plus
- Experience in a BPO environment with knowledge of outsourced business processes
