Your role: Lead the elicitation and consolidation of functional, non-functional, technical, and regulatory requirements. Plan and facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions with business areas and end users. Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for simplification, digitalization, and improvement. Structure processes, business rules, workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Define requirement prioritization methods based on criticality, risk, operational impact, and business value. Assess functional, technical, operational, and regulatory dependencies and impacts. Ensure the quality and consistency of functional and technical analysis documentation. Ensure full traceability between requirements, solutions, test cases, and deliverables. Work closely with the Product Owner, UX/UI, architecture, development, and testing teams. Support the definition of the high-level functional solution and release planning. Validate test cases and test plans, supporting defect analysis and resolution. Support the Product Owner in backlog management and refinement. Facilitate functional decision-making and manage clarifications between business stakeholders and the technical team. Support user training and knowledge transfer to maintenance/support teams. Mentor less experienced analysts and promote best practices in analysis and documentation. Ensure that scope changes and requirement modifications are properly documented and submitted for the appropriate approval process. Your Profile: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Management, Health Sciences, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in functional analysis. Proven experience leading analysis activities in medium- to high-complexity projects. Solid experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management. Experience preparing functional analysis documents, specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Ability to translate complex business needs into clear and implementable solutions. Experience working with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external entities. Experience managing requirements, dependencies, risks, and scope changes. Strong knowledge of the software development and testing lifecycle. Proficiency in Portuguese, both spoken and written, at CEFR level C1, or Portuguese as a native language. Excellent communication, negotiation, facilitation, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills. Nice to Have: Experience in digital transformation projects within the public sector or healthcare industry. Knowledge of regulatory processes, licensing, inspections, and entity management. Experience in business process reengineering. Knowledge of BPMN, UML, or other process modeling techniques. Experience with system integrations and interoperability. Knowledge of GDPR, digital accessibility, and information security. Familiarity with Java applications, Oracle, Front Office, and Back Office systems. Certification in Business Analysis, Product Ownership, or Agile methodologies.
