Personal Assistant & Household Manager (Lisbon)
We are looking for someone who can take on part of the CEO's operational and personal tasks, freeing up their time for strategic decision-making.
This is not a "checklist executor" role, but a position for someone who values order and systems, takes responsibility, and can think independently - while also being comfortable living by lists, instructions, and checklists day to day.

Key competencies:
Ability to effectively solve a wide range of tasks
Experience working with contractors: sourcing optimal contractors, selection, and cost negotiation
Ability to simultaneously coordinate up to 10 contractors across different projects and areas
Strong negotiation skills - comfortable bargaining to secure the best terms
Budget optimization skills - finding cost-effective solutions without sacrificing quality
A "master of complaints" - able to handle, resolve, and follow through on complaints and service issues effectively
Valid driver's license
Absolute integrity and responsibility
Proactiveness
Structured, systems-oriented thinking; comfortable working strictly by lists, instructions, and checklists
Responsibilities:
Managing tasks related to real estate (renting, purchasing, renovations)
Assisting in organizing household processes (there is staff, but oversight and system-building are required)
Sourcing and selecting optimal contractors, negotiating costs and terms, and optimizing related budgetsSimultaneously coordinating up to 10 contractors across various ongoing projects
Monitoring and managing recurring processes, following established lists, instructions, and checklists
Maintaining order in the house and overseeing the technical condition of all equipment
Maintenance of vehicles and technical equipment
Pet vaccinations and other routine tasks
