Role: SAP SuccessFactors Reporting Specialist Location: Hybrid, Porto, Portugal Required skills:
3+ years of experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Reporting Specialist or in a similar role.
Strong expertise in SuccessFactors Story Reporting and experience developing complex reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
Good knowledge of SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Compensation, Learning, Recruiting, Performance, Goal Management, and Succession Planning.
Solid understanding of reporting concepts, including data models, role-based permissions, calculated measures, and data governance.
Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Business Data Cloud, or similar analytics platforms is a plus.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain complex reporting concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.
Fluent English is mandatory; German is a plus.
