Role Overview: We are looking for an

RPA & Generative AI Developer

to join our teams and contribute to the design, development, and implementation of intelligent automation solutions.

You will work on innovative projects that combine Robotic Process Automation (RPA) with Generative AI technologies, helping to optimise business processes, improve operational efficiency, and accelerate digital transformation initiatives.

What you will do: Design, develop, test, and deploy

RPA solutions that interact with multiple applications and business systems; Develop and integrate Generative AI solutions

using APIs, incorporating technologies such as GenAI, RAG, NLP, and Machine Learning into automation workflows; Analyse

business requirements, translate functional needs into technical solutions, and contribute to solution architecture and design; Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve

automation and AI solutions, ensuring reliability, scalability, and high-quality deliverables; Collaborate

with multidisciplinary and international teams, promoting best practices in software development, Agile methodologies, and continuous improvement.

What you are like: Experience in RPA development using market-leading platforms such as

Blue Prism ,

UiPath , or

Automation Anywhere , with Blue Prism being highly valued; Experience in AI-related initiatives, including

Generative AI ,

Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) ,

Natural Language Processing (NLP) , or

Machine Learning (ML) ; Skilled in software development using technologies such as

C# .NET ,

or Python

and

NoSQL databases, will be a plus.
