What are we looking for?

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Analysis, Digital Transformation, AI Enablement, Product Management, or similar roles.

Experience identifying, documenting, and prioritizing business use cases.

Hands‑on involvement in AI, Generative AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.

Strong understanding of AI concepts and AI application lifecycle.

Experience translating business requirements into functional and technical requirements.

Experience working with business stakeholders in enterprise environments.

Good understanding of Microsoft 365 and Azure ecosystems.

Knowledge of AI governance, security, compliance, and data protection requirements.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.

Nice to Have:

Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or Azure AI Services.

Microsoft AI or Azure certifications.

Product Management or Change Management certifications.

Experience supporting AI adoption initiatives.

German language skills.

Responsibilities:

Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI use cases across business units.

Assess business value, feasibility, and risks associated with AI initiatives.

Act as the bridge between Business, IT, Security, Legal, and Compliance teams.

Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for AI applications and agents.

Coordinate AI pilots, PoCs, and solution rollouts.

Drive AI adoption through user onboarding and enablement activities.

Ensure AI initiatives comply with governance, security, and regulatory requirements.

Support users in designing and creating personal or role-based AI agents.

Working Model:

Hybrid – 1 to 2 days/week at the client's location, in a region near Lisbon.
