Your Mission Will Be

Supporting the analysis and improvement of digital banking processes; Bridging business needsand technical teams to ensure effective solutions; Gathering and translating business requirements into clear functional specifications; Contributing to the delivery of user-focused digital banking solutions. You Will Need

Experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within digital banking or financial services; Strong analytical and requirements-gathering skills; Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders; Fluent English and goodcommunication skills; CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment. Would Be Awesome If You Have

Previous exposure to digital banking projects and financial services; Experience working withfunctional specifications, user stories, or process analysis; Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative environments; A proactive mindset andinterest in technology and digital solutions; BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
