ÉSLUMIÈRE is a multi-brand luxury fashion e-tailer for the modern, global woman — a curated digital boutique spanning bags, jewelry, clothing, accessories, and shoes, alongside Biatriz Studio, our editorial extension and home of the founder's own creations.
For most people, our social channels are the first — and sometimes only — direct encounter they have with the brand. We don't treat that lightly. Every post, caption, and reply is written and designed to feel like ÉSLUMIÈRE: sophisticated yet approachable, confident without ever being boastful, and always emotionally resonant.
2. THE ROLE We're hiring a Social Media Manager to own and grow ÉSLUMIÈRE's entire social ecosystem — Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, LinkedIn, X and Youtube. — end to end.
This isn't a scheduling role. You'll set the strategy, brief the shoots, write the captions yourself, and be personally accountable for how the brand looks, sounds, and performs on every platform. You know instantly whether a photo, a caption, or a grid layout is on brand — and you can articulate why when it isn't.
3.WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Instagram (our primary channel): feed aesthetic, Reels, Stories, and Highlights — including the ÉSLUMIÈRE Biatriz Studio editorial extension: run to our house style: muted tones, editorial photography, and a tone of voice that never breaks character.
TikTok: fashion-forward short-form video that translates our quiet-luxury identity into a fast, native format without losing the brand in the process.
Pinterest: a moodboard-led discovery strategy: texture, styling, architecture, editorial imagery, that drives qualified traffic back to the site.
Facebook & Meta Business Suite: community management and cross-platform reporting alongside Instagram, working from a single content and insights hub.
LinkedIn: company presence and employer brand: a different register from our consumer channels, and you know how to shift tone without losing the brand.
Influencer & creator partnerships: briefing, managing, and reporting on collaborations, from micro-influencer seeding to full editorial shoots.
Brand voice & visual QA: you are the final check that everything published matches ÉSLUMIÈRE's codes before it goes live: nothing ships that "almost" sounds like us.
4.WHAT YOU BRING - REQUIRED
Proven experience creating and managing content for a luxury or premium fashion brand. This is non-negotiable: we're looking for someone who already understands why quiet luxury looks and reads differently from mass-market social, not someone who will learn it here.
Equally strong as a writer and a visual editor. You can write a caption that sounds like the brand, and separately, you have a sharp eye for editorial photography, styling, and luxury visual storytelling.
Fluent in English, French, and Italian: written and spoken. You'll be writing and reviewing copy directly in these languages, not routing it through translation tools.
Real, hands-on experience running Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook/Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn. You don't need to be expert-level on all five, but your experience on each needs to be genuine and demonstrable.
Comfortable owning growth, engagement, and conversion KPIs, and adjusting strategy based on what the data says, not just what looks good.
5.NICE TO HAVE
Portuguese — a meaningful share of our current audience is Brazil- and Portugal-based.
Experience with e-commerce or DTC retail social strategy.
Existing relationships with fashion stylists, photographers, or micro-influencers.
Familiarity with Shopify-based content and listing workflows.
Full ownership of the brand's social presence: a seat in shaping how ÉSLUMIÈRE is perceived globally, not a "post and schedule" role.
Direct collaboration with the founder and the wider brand team.
