Key Responsibilities

As part of the B2B customer support team, you will assist business clients in French and English, ensuring that their enquiries and concerns are handled professionally and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Provide professional B2B customer support in French and English.
• Assist business clients with enquiries related to the supported services.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and work towards effective resolutions.
• Provide tailored solutions to help clients optimize their use of the available services.

Requirements

• Fluent French and English proficiency.
• High School diploma is mandatory.
• At least 6 months of experience in a customer-oriented contact centre role.
• Strong computer and technical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong multitasking abilities.

• Professional, helpful, and friendly communication style.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to gather information efficiently.

• Flexibility to adapt to change and rotational schedules, including night shifts.
• Candidates must have, or be able to obtain, a Portuguese NIF and NISS, as required for employment and health insurance enrollment.

Working Conditions

• On-site position in Lisbon, Portugal.
• Monday-to-Sunday operation.
• 24/7 rotational schedule.
• Rotational shifts, including possible night shifts.
• Two rotational days off per week.
• Candidates must be comfortable working flexible schedules.
• Relocation support provided according to the applicable conditions.
• Shared accommodation may be available as part of the relocation support for a limited period.
