Manage and develop a five-person Talent Acquisition team; Coach team members, develop their skills, challenge them, and monitor performance and workload; Directly manage a portfolio of two to three recruitments, representing around 40% of working time; Lead the hiring machine across the French and Spanish markets; Track and analyze recruitment data and indicators, including Time to Hire, funnel conversion, cNPS, Quality of Hire, and sourcing efficiency; Identify friction points and implement actions to continuously improve recruitment performance; Lead the employer-brand strategy; Develop EVP, visibility, partnerships, presence at key events, and candidate-experience improvements; Monitor and develop employer attractiveness and candidate-experience quality; Adapt recruitment strategies to each market and standardize proven and relevant practices; Build teams supporting European expansion; Propose, test, measure, and improve future recruitment practices across sourcing channels, automation, AI, candidate experience, employer branding, and data-visualization tools. 7–10 Years of Talent Acquisition experience; Successful initial experience in management and in leading a hiring machine in a demanding, high-growth, international environment; Leadership, team-oriented mindset, and ability to ensure operational excellence, close collaboration with hiring managers, and a strong candidate experience; Ability to manage through data and make decisions based on concrete indicators; Ability to implement strategy within a team while remaining hands-on operationally; Interest in ATS, AI tools, and building efficient processes; Ability to embody and transmit Vroomly’s Expertise, Transparency, and Proximity values.
