We are seeking a talented individual to join our Investments team at Mercer. This role will be based in Lisbon. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. We will count on you to:

Help consultants manage a portfolio of clients on a day-to-day basis, including tracking ongoing client actions and drafting correspondence. Contribute to the production and review of quarterly investment reports. Support the preparation of trustee meeting packs. Update compliance documents and investment updates. Prepare communications to members regarding any changes to their plan. Support the business with non-client-related tasks, including the implementation and updating of investment templates, lifestyle strategy reviews, and investment committee materials. Participate in project work as required, including work outside investment-related topics. What you need to have:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Management, or a related field. Professional or academic background in Finance/Investments is desirable. Understanding of pensions, investment markets, and asset classes. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills (C1/C2). Strong planning and organisational skills, with a proactive and goal-oriented approach to prioritising and managing a wide range of ongoing tasks effectively. Ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues and clients, and confidence in dealing with client contacts. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Why join our team:
