Die Rolle Für den Standort Lissabon suchen wir einen erfahrenen Team Lead (m/w/d), der ein deutschsprachiges Vertriebsteam führt. Das Team betreut die Werbekunden einer der weltweit meistgenutzten Online-Community-Plattformen. Du arbeitest eng mit dem Management zusammen, verantwortest die Vertriebszahlen deines Teams und sorgst dafür, dass dein Team die Unterstützung bekommt, die es braucht, um seine Ziele zu erreichen. Gesucht wird jemand mit echter Führungserfahrung im Vertrieb, idealerweise im Ads- oder Online-Marketing-Umfeld. Team Leads, Supervisor und Vertriebsleiter mit nachgewiesener Führungserfahrung und einem Hintergrund im Ads Sales sind gleichermaßen angesprochen. Deine Aufgaben Du führst ein Vertriebsteam, entwickelst dein Team weiter und schaffst ein Umfeld, in dem jeder seine Stärken einbringt Gemeinsam mit dem Management entwickelst du Vertriebsstrategien für die Werbeprodukte der Plattform und setzt sie im Team um Du setzt klare Ziele, verfolgst die Zahlen und sorgst dafür, dass dein Team seine Vorgaben erreicht oder übertrifft Du gibst deinem Team laufend Schulung, Feedback und Unterstützung, damit alle die richtigen Werkzeuge an der Hand haben Du wertest die Vertriebskennzahlen aus, erstellst regelmäßige Reports und bereitest die Ergebnisse für die relevanten Ansprechpartner auf Du behältst Markttrends, Wettbewerb und neue Tools im Blick und bringst passende Ansätze ins Team ein Das bringst du mit Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau Englisch verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift Erfahrung im Ads Sales Erfahrung in der Teamführung Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit, Teams zu führen, zu motivieren und auf Vertriebsziele auszurichten Sicheres Gespür im Umgang mit Menschen und eine starke Kommunikation Analytisches Denken und die Fähigkeit, Entscheidungen anhand von Zahlen zu treffen Bereitschaft, in Vollzeit vor Ort im Büro zu arbeiten Das erwartet dich Jahresgrundgehalt zwischen 17.780 € und 23.576 € brutto, je nachdem, ob du die Firmenunterkunft nutzt Leistungsbonus von bis zu 2.000 € pro Monat Firmenunterkunft als Option Umzugsunterstützung für Kandidaten, die nach Portugal ziehen Arbeitszeit Montag bis Freitag, 8:00 bis 17:00 Uhr Internationales Arbeitsumfeld Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten innerhalb einer global aufgestellten Organisation Bezahlte Einarbeitung und laufende Weiterbildung
