By including everyone and ensuring equal opportunities we unleash our full potential. *Job Description* As a Junior Buyer, you will contribute to efficient procurement operations while supporting sourcing and supplier management activities in an international environment. You will work closely with buyers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth purchasing processes and help drive cost optimization initiatives. *Your contribution to something big : * * Support operational and administrative procurement activities across the purchasing organization. * Manage RFQs, purchase orders, contracts, and related procurement documentation. * Maintain and continuously improve purchasing systems and tools, including SAP. * Create and maintain supplier master data and purchasing information records. * Prepare supplier, spend, market, and cost analyses to support sourcing decisions and negotiations. * Assist buyers during negotiations regarding pricing, delivery schedules, quantities, and commercial conditions. * Support supplier and material analyses to identify standardization, consolidation, and cost-saving opportunities. * Coordinate ramp-up and ramp-down activities and contribute to bottleneck management. * Collaborate proactively with suppliers and cross-functional stakeholders worldwide. * Prepare standard reports and support internal and external audit activities. *Qualifications* *What distinguishes you : * *Education* * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. *Experience* * First experience through internships, working student positions, or professional experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or a related area is preferred. *Know-how* * Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office applications, especially Excel. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data and derive meaningful insights. * Understanding of procurement and supply chain processes is an advantage. *Languages* * Fluent English skills, both written and spoken. * German language skills are beneficial but not required. *Working Style and Methods* * Structured, proactive, and reliable way of working. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment. *Personality* * Strong communication and collaboration skills. * Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow. * Comfortable working with international suppliers and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds. *Additional Information* *Work #LikeABosch includes : * ⚖ Flexible work conditions Hybrid work system Exchange with colleagues around the world Health insurance ⚕Medical office (psychology and general clinic) &Social Services Officeon site Training opportunities (p.e., technical training, foreign languages training) & certifications Opportunities for career progression and continuous professional development Access to great discounts in partnerships and Bosch products Sports and health related activities Great access to public transports Free transport from Porto Flexible benefits platform Free parking lot Canteen *Success stories don´t just happen.
