KEY REQUIREMENTS & CONDITIONS (Must-Haves):

• Location: Must already be residing in Portugal.
• Languages: Fluent/native-level proficiency in Danish and English.
• Work Model: Remote (This remote role is based in Portugal).
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, with Saturday and Sunday off (Danish schedule).
• Working Hours: 08:00-17:00.
• Gross Salary: 1500€ per 14 months.

• Valid Work Visa (Type D) + AIMA Appointment Scheduled + NIF
• Expired Work Visa (Type D) + AIMA Appointment Already Attended + NIF
• Note: NISS is preferably to have, however, support can be provided to obtain it.

BONUSES, BENEFITS & EQUIPMENT:

• A welcome bonus of 2000€ will be paid in 12 monthly instalments during the first year of employment.
• Food allowance of 7.63€ per working day.
• Candidates residing within 50 km of the office are required to collect their equipment in person.
• Equipment is shipped to candidates living more than 50 km away.

• Join as a Customer Service professional, providing essential support to customers in Danish and English.
• Support global brands through customer experience, technical assistance, and digital business services.
• Operating in Portugal's multilingual service sector, these locations focus on customer care, technology-enabled support, and outsourced operations for industries such as mobility, retail, finance, automotive, and online services.
• About the location: Braga is a historic city in northern Portugal, known for its rich cultural heritage and vibrant atmosphere, while Portugal is a country in Southwestern Europe.
