💻 We are looking for an Amazing: Change Management Lead
📍 Seniority: Mid-Level / Senior (5+ years of experience)
🏠 Type of position: Hybrid (Portugal | Minimum 2 days at the office)
🌟 The amazing you, will have:
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical consulting role;
- Experience developing and executing Change Management Plans aligned with project objectives;
- Experience supporting Google Workspace transformation projects involving Gmail, Calendar and Drive + Editors;
- Experience communicating change strategies to stakeholders and obtaining buy-in across different business areas;
- Experience managing the implementation of organizational and technological changes;
- Experience delivering training sessions and supporting users through change adoption processes;
- Experience monitoring and evaluating change management activities, adjusting strategies when necessary;
- Experience identifying, assessing and mitigating risks associated with change initiatives;
- Experience providing support and guidance to employees throughout the change journey;
- Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills;
- Fluency in English (C1 mandatory).

- Change Management certifications (Prosci, ADKAR or similar) 📚;
