Key Responsibilities As part of the customer support team, you will assist customers in Dutch and English , making sure that their enquiries are handled accurately, professionally, and with care. Your responsibilities will include: Provide professional customer support in Dutch and English . Assist customers with questions and concerns related to the supported products and services. Explain information clearly and in an easy-to-understand way. Listen carefully to customers to understand their individual needs. Offer appropriate guidance and support throughout each interaction. Process and retain relevant information accurately. Manage and prioritize customer cases effectively. Handle complex or sensitive situations with professionalism and composure. Maintain an empathetic and customer-focused approach. Support customers across multiple markets when required. Requirements Fluent written and spoken Dutch . C1 level English proficiency. Ability to support more than one market when required. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to manage and retain significant amounts of information. Good problem-solving and prioritization abilities. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to remain calm and effective in challenging situations. Professional approach when dealing with disputes or emergency situations. Strong active listening and empathy skills. Knowledge of diabetes or medical devices is considered an advantage. Previous experience in healthcare or technical support is beneficial. Working Conditions On-site position in Porto, Portugal . Rotational schedule from Monday to Sunday . 24/7 operational environment . Two rotational days off per week. Occasional night shifts between 22:00 and 07:00 may be required. Candidates should be comfortable working flexible and rotational schedules. Shared accommodation may be available for eligible candidates relocating from outside Portugal.
