Description

Workster is partnering with a leading international customer experience provider to recruit Spanish and Galician, Basque OR Catalan-speaking Customer Support Experts for one of the world’s leading entertainment and streaming platforms.In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with account management, billing enquiries, technical issues, and questions about products and features. You will relocate to Lisbon with help of a package including flight and permanent accomodation. Deliver professional, friendly, and empathetic customer supportAssist customers with account management and billing enquiriesTroubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutionsProvide accurate information about streaming products, services, and featuresIdentify customer needs and resolve enquiries in a timely mannerMaintain high levels of customer satisfaction while meeting quality and performance standardsCommunicate clearly and professionally throughout every customer interactionMaintain a positive and customer-centric approachWork within a multicultural and collaborative customer support environmentWork on a 24/7 rotating schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays

Requirements

Full professional fluency in SpanishFull professional fluency in ONE of either Galician, Catalan or BasqueEnglish at intermediate level (B2)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong passion for customer service and problem-solvingComfortable working with technology and digital platformsEmpathetic, adaptable, and attentive to detailAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environmentComfortable assisting customers with technical troubleshootingAvailability to work on a 24/7 rotating shift scheduleCurrently based in mainland Portugal or willing to relocate
