Traffic Nomads is a self‑service ad network built by media buyers to deliver high‑converting traffic at scale. We specialize in iGaming (casino, betting, gambling) verticals, and offer multiple ad formats including push, in‑page push, pops, calendar, banner, native, and engaged traffic. We pride ourselves on transparency, fraud protection, and full optimization support for our advertisers and publishers.

The Role:

As we scale our publisher network, we're looking for a dynamic Publisher Manager to recruit, onboard and grow relationships with premium publishers: website owners, app developers, and push subscriber bases, across iGaming and related verticals. You will be part of a lean, international, performance-driven team with high ownership and room to innovate.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Identify, approach and onboard new publishers (websites, apps, push databases) with quality traffic in iGaming and related verticals - Own the full publisher lifecycle: prospecting, negotiation, integration and account growth · - Monitor publisher traffic performance and advise on ad format/zone optimization to maximize revenue share - Act as the main point of contact for your publisher portfolio, ensuring retention and satisfaction - Represent Traffic Nomads at industry events (iGaming, AdTech), conferences and webinars to source new publisher partnerships - Track market trends and competitor networks to spot new publisher acquisition opportunities - Report on KPIs (traffic volume, fill rate, revenue per publisher) to management

What We're Looking For:

- Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience) - 2+ years in an Publisher Manager - Proven track record acquiring and retaining publisher/traffic partners - Analytical mindset: comfortable with data, dashboards, and revenue metrics - Excellent communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills - Fluent English (spoken & written); additional languages (e.g. Spanish, Portuguese) a plus - Experience with push/pop/native ad formats or iGaming verticals is a plus - Proficiency in Excel
