HR Business Partner

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Team Manager to join our IS&D division in Lisbon. This is a pivotal role that serves as the strategic bridge between our prestigious clients and Amaris, combining client relationship management with comprehensive team leadership and talent development responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Client & Account Management:

- Serve as primary point of contact for assigned client accounts - Understand client business objectives and translate them into technical resource requirements - Ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction - Manage client expectations and maintain strong professional relationships - Team Leadership & Talent Management: - Lead, mentor, and manage a team IT consultants - Drive team performance through regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development planning - Implement strategies to reduce team turnover and enhance consultant satisfaction - Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture aligned with Amaris values

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

- Partner with HR and recruitment teams to manage end-to-end selection processes - Define job requirements and technical specifications for new positions - Conduct interviews and technical assessments for senior consultant roles - Build and maintain talent pipeline for current and future client needs

Strategic Coordination:

- Collaborate with recruitment, HR, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations - Coordinate resource allocation across multiple client projects - Participate in strategic planning for account growth and team expansion

Required Qualifications

Experience & Skills:

- 3+ years of experience in IT consulting, team management, or client-facing roles - Proven track record in managing technical teams and client relationships - Strong understanding of IT services, software development lifecycle, and digital transformation - Experience with recruitment processes and talent management strategies - Language & Communication - Native/Fluent Portuguese - Professional English - Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
