What the job actually involves
Day to day you will be support advertisers across multiple channels, including chat, email, and phone, convert most email and chat cases into outbound calls to provide personalized, white-glove support, provide pre- and post-sales assistance for self-service products, assist clients with troubleshooting, reporting bugs, and using platform features effectively, identify trends and solve problems affecting multiple SMB clients, manage multiple tools simultaneously and perform multitasking efficiently, and ensure timely resolution of inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

What's included
The package covers full-time on-site position in Lisbon, rotational shifts, 40 hours/week, Monday to Sunday, 06:00 – 00:00 CEST, including weekends and Portuguese public holidays; compensatory days provided if working on holidays, paid training period of 15 working days, 8 hours/day, covering system usage, product knowledge, and customer handling, professional guidance and structured onboarding, international and multicultural work environment, career development opportunities within the digital advertising and customer support sector, health insurance and meal allowance from day one, and full support from CloserHire throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.

Getting you there
To help you make the move: permanent accomodation provided - check project files in drive. Remote roles need to be residing at most 100kms from Lisbon or Porto office, and notes: candidates need to first pass duplicate check and then pass the following 2 tests: (english) and (basic pc test).
