What the job actually involves
Day to day you will be provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in German and English, assist business travelers with booking, modifying, and cancelling travel arrangements, provide accurate information about travel services, destinations, and company policies, resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently, escalating complex cases when necessary, maintain and update customer records within the CRM system, collaborate with internal teams to ensure fast and effective issue resolution, and collect customer feedback and contribute to continuous service improvements.
You will also handle deliver a professional and personalized customer experience throughout every interaction.

1100€ x 14
Portuguese contracts pay 14 salaries a year — your normal monthly salary plus a holiday and a Christmas salary. The annual figure is therefore well above monthly × 12, which is worth doing the maths on before you compare it to an offer at home.
