What you'll do

• Representative for an insurance-related project in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, you’ll support clients in managing their insurance policies, handling inquiries, claims, and policy changes while ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience. • Handle incoming calls and chats from customers with inquiries about their insurance policies
• Process service requests in the client’s policy administration system
• Compose and send responses to emails and letters, including contract documents and policy information
• Conduct indexation and electronic archiving using internal document management tools
• Manage requests for policy changes, including updating payment methods
• Support customers with claims submissions and policy cancellations
• Maintain a high level of service quality and meet client-specific performance targets Requirements
• Native-level fluency in French (C2) and proficient in English (B2)

Salary

1000€ x 14

Portuguese contracts pay 14 salaries a year — your normal monthly salary plus a holiday and a Christmas salary. The annual figure is therefore well above monthly × 12, which is worth doing the maths on before you compare it to an offer at home.

Relocation support

• Accomodation for candidates outside of Portugal - Room in company apartment in Lisbon for 12 months for a fixed cost of 280EUR, deducted from salary. Inside
• Portugal - only available if candidates are coming directly from a competitor Health
• Insurance since day 1 for small amount, free after 6 months
• Notes: Monday to Friday (including bank holidays): 07:30 AM to 08:00 PM (Rotational shifts) Days Off: Weekends
