About the role

CloserHire is partnering with a leading international customer experience provider to recruit French-speaking Connected Services Support Specialists for an automotive project in Lisbon, Portugal. This role combines back-office customer support, case management and connected vehicle services. You’ll manage customer requests from start to finish, helping users with vehicle-related digital services while ensuring an efficient and high-quality experience. The position operates Monday to Saturday, with rotating shifts between 07:00 and 22:00.

What you'll do

• Manage customer cases from initial request through to resolution
• Process back-office requests accurately and efficiently
• Support customers with connected vehicle services and related enquiries
• Update internal systems and maintain accurate case records
• Troubleshoot and coordinate solutions to customer requests
• Meet established quality and SLA standards

What we're looking for

• Native/C2 French
• English B2 or above for training, systems and internal communication
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Good computer literacy and ability to navigate different systems
• Customer-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in back office, customer service or technical support is an advantage

Salary

1100€ x 14

Portuguese contracts pay 14 salaries a year — your normal monthly salary plus a holiday and a Christmas salary. The annual figure is therefore well above monthly × 12, which is worth doing the maths on before you compare it to an offer at home.
