What the job actually involves

Day to day you will be provide customer care and technical assistance for diabetes medical devices, ensuring accurate order management and high-quality support. Deliver troubleshooting and technical support for medical devices and accessories. Assist customers with product usage across multiple channels (calls, email, chat, SMS). Manage order intake, renewals, and related documentation in compliance with procedures. Apply active listening, empathy, and professionalism in sensitive or challenging situations. Follow defined scripts and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.

Getting you there

To help you make the move: accomodation for candidates outside of Portugal - Room in company apartment for 12 months for a fixed cost of 280EUR, deducted from salary. Inside, portugal - only available if candidates are coming directly from a competitor. Reimbursement of flight ticket on the 6th month of work, up to 400EUR. Health, insurance since day 1 for small amount, free after 6 months, and notes: Welcome bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment.
