What the job actually involves

Day to day you will be provide support to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) across chat, email, and phone channels in both Turkish and English, support advertisers with pre-sales and post-sales queries related to self-service advertising products, assist clients with platform tools and features to improve their advertising experience, troubleshoot issues, provide guidance, and support clients in resolving technical concerns, identify trends and recurring issues affecting multiple business clients, conduct outbound calls when necessary to ensure customer queries are resolved in a timely manner, and work as part of a multilingual and motivated support team.

The package covers employment contract with a foreseeable duration of 12 months, one-month trial period after contract signature, training period of 13 days conducted in English, full onboarding including software, product, customer management, and on-the-job training, workplace based in Lisbon 40-hour work week with rotational shifts from Monday to Sunday between 06:00 and 23:00, portuguese public holidays and vacation entitlement according to Portuguese employment rules, health insurance from day one of employment, and meal allowance provided by debit card.
